Our mission

Kilgalen & Associates is a multi-specialty group practice that has been providing outpatient counseling/therapy services since 1991. The office is located in Fallston, Maryland. We see individuals, couples, children and families. Therapy services are provided in a safe and respectful environment. We also offer insurance-approved telehealth counseling services.  Our clinicians have between 15 and 42 years of experience. We take a holistic approach to treatment, attending to our clients’ psychological, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual needs.

At Kilgalen & Associates, we treat issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, trauma and more. Interpersonal treatment issues include marital conflict, co-parenting issues, blended families, behavioral concerns, and developmental life cycle transitions.

Consistent with our core belief that all who seek mental health services should be able to access services, we participate in most insurance plans.
